Brea's published temporary overnight permit rule allows no more than 24 hours per permit and no more than 30 permits for one vehicle within a 90-day period.
This is the published short-term rule, not a permit or a finding of eligibility. Brea lists guests, temporary driveway or garage repairs, and temporary on-site construction storage as examples. Follow the City's form and display requirements. Other parking and street-sweeping restrictions still apply; thirty permits does not grant thirty consecutive days. Annual permits and their fees require separate verification.
