The City prohibits parking on city streets and municipal lots between 2 AM and 6 AM, November 1 through May 1.

This seasonal provision does not establish a September overnight restriction. Other posted, snow-emergency and location-specific rules still apply. The City accepts overnight requests through dispatch at 262-446-5070; permission will not be granted when snow or ice is forecast in the following 24 hours.
