Eureka publishes a $70 annual downtown employee parking permit, limited to one per employee and designated city public parking lots.
Scope and conditions
Published annual fee: $70 per employee. One permit per employee, valid January 1 through December 31 in city-owned public parking lots within Old Town/Downtown. Employees need a driver's license; government employees are excluded. Employer-provided parking is reviewed case by case. A permit does not guarantee a space. Individual approval, residential permits, private lots, street parking and disabled-parking rules are separate. No personal documents or vehicle identifiers are collected here.
