Scope and conditions
Residential permits have a one-year term and a maximum of three per qualified address. Applicants need residence proof, current vehicle registration and a current driver's license. Burbank Gardens, Downtown, Talbot and Fairgrounds expire June 30; SRJC Zones 1 and 2, Olive Park and West End expire December 31. The city warns that not every address on a listed street is eligible.
