Price, hours and locations
The published employee permit is $20 per month or $228 for a 12-month purchase, per plate and permit. It is valid Monday-Friday, 6 AM-6 PM, first-come, first-served, in the west-side Library lot, 1st and Spokane lot, uncovered Parking Garage lease area, and 3rd Street and Central Avenue lot.
Conditions
The city limits the program to 100 permits for downtown business owners and employees. Availability and eligibility require city confirmation. This is not a purchase, reserved space, overnight permission or authorization outside designated locations. Posted restrictions and city terms still control.
